This team has high level skills and vast experience in managing the full range of building maintenance disciplines including the occupational health and safety and other relevant legislation that applies to the property management environment. The many upgrade and remodeling projects we have arranged and coordinated over 28 years also required project management skills. We have Project Managed most of these projects directly and the successful completion of these projects are testimony of that.
- Converted 1100m² of warehouse and redundant library space as a fast track project into 48 offices and four committee rooms complete with heating, cooling, ventilation, smoke detection, access control, CCTV, ablutions, network cabling, videoconferencing in committee rooms. Project completed within two months.
- Facilitated the supply and installation of 59 copier/printers as part of an office automation solution across five offices in four provinces.
- Relocation of 55 staff from one building to another in Pretoria within three days, including all furniture, office equipment and other moveable assets.
